Yonkers is in new York and I this is a drawing of the man that took Janice, and what he looked liked when he did.

"he watches his victims from track at school.  Martin was taken from Dubbs - he gives them drugs @ hollow ave"

Same man may have taken another child named Martin.

"Janice went with him - blue 2 door car? both children are at Mill Road in New York, power box"
