From what I understand her babysitter and the boyfriend are in custody - unlike what is being stated below

HOBART — The Northwest Indiana Times is reporting that the body of 2-year-old Jada Justice, missing since June 16, has been recovered.
The body was found in a field outside of Otis in LaPorte County, according to the Post-Tribune.
Charges are also expected to be filed against the girl's 18-year-old cousin and the cousin's boyfriend, according to the Times.
There is a press conference scheduled for 6 p.m. EDT, when Hobart police are expected to update the case.
Authorities say Jada, of Portage, was apparently abducted from a car while her cousin, who was babysitting her, went into a convenience store in Gary. The cousin was briefly held as a person of interest but was released.
