<< >>  In the wake of the Sandra Cantu kidnapping and murder, a new group brings together public safety officials, churches and others to talk to children about safety in Tracy.

The group — Strengthen, Affirm, Fortify and Educate — gives light-hearted presentations, trainings and goodies to children and teaches parents how to talk to children about avoiding potential predators, in person and on the Internet.
